TO ALL STAFF OF DURACLEAN:

I JUST WANTED TO TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO SAY THANK YOU FOR ALL THE WORK THAT YOUR COMPANY HAS PROVIDED FOR ME DURING THIS UNFORTUNATE PROCESS.  I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL FOR THE ATTENTIVENESS AND EXCELLENT WORK THAT WAS DONE AT MY RESIDENCE.  I AM SO BLESSED TO HAVE ENCOUNTERED SUCH A WONDERFUL GROUP OF PEOPLE WHOM HAVE BEEN SO KIND AND PLEASANT TO ME DURING THIS TIME.  I HAVE NEVER FELT THE NEED TO WRITE A LETTER OF APPRECIATION TO ANY COMPANY THAT HAS DONE REPAIRS AT MY HOME, BUT YOUR EMPLOYEES HAVE LEFT A LASTING IMPRESSION OF HOW A HOME OWNER SHOULD FEEL WHEN WORK HAS BEEN COMPLETED.  I WILL SURELY RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY IF I EVER HERE OF ANYONE THAT WOULD REQUIRE THE SERVICES YOU PROVIDE.

I want to write this letter to let you know how much I appreciate the help I received from Mr. CB.  His professional demeanor, his guidance, patience and dedication meant so much to me during the time after the break-in of my home.  He took charge of all the necessary details and made my home liveable again.  He was always just a phone call away, anytime of day, evenings and weekends.

I would recommend "Duraclean" to anyone in my unfortunate situation and/or other needs.

After the second attempted break-in, Mr. CR gave up his Saturday on Mr. B request to take care of the necessary repairs.  I appeciate his help as well.
