Mr. Roe,

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and all of your staff for their professional work ethic.  It has been a pleasure dealing with the people in your office and the crew that came out to do the work.  I can't begin to express how impressed I was with everyone involved in the restoration of my home after having a pipe burst.

What was a stressful situation was made so much easier because of the dependable, courteous way I was treated.

I hope I never have another problem in my house that calls for restoration, but if I do, I know who to call.
