In early October 2009, I contacted State Farm about water damage under the sink and in my kitchen. Your office recommended Duraclean to come out to assess the damage. Randy Roe came out the next day and “we” got started immediately on repairs and replacements. After a few weeks I am happy to report that the job is completed and I am totally satisfied with results. I have to brag on Mr. Roe and all the men on his team who came to my house. They were all very prompt, arriving or calling to let me know if they are going to be delayed. They did their jobs and cleaned up after themselves after each time they were here. Mr. Roe was very helpful and answered all my questions. He was terrific and I hope that I don’t need him again but would, if necessary, and I would recommend him to others. Thank you for your help.
