Dear Mr. Roe,

I am writing to let you know what a pleasure it was to have your staff work in our home to clean up after our recent grease fire.  Your employees were professional, efficient, and thorough, but most importantly, were sensitive to our feelings and circumstances, taking the time to answer questions and walk us reassuringly through the diffucult process of restoring our home to its pre-fire condition.  In particular, we are grateful for Sherry's pleasant and capable leadership and the hard work of the folks who came with her on various days, Ruthie, Levi, Rustin, and Frank.  Each of them performed their tasks courteously and well, representing Duraclean in a way that any company would be proud of.  I also appreciate Shelly's availability and willingness to help answer our questions when they arose.  You have a wonderful team, andy my husband and I wanted to let you know how much we value their recent service.
