I want to write this letter to let you know how much I appreciate the help I received from Mr. CB.  His professional demeanor, his guidance, patience and dedication meant so much to me during the time after the break-in of my home.  He took charge of all the necessary details and made my home liveable again.  He was always just a phone call away, anytime of day, evenings and weekends.

I would recommend "Duraclean" to anyone in my unfortunate situation and/or other needs.

After the second attempted break-in, Mr. CR gave up his Saturday on Mr. B request to take care of the necessary repairs.  I appeciate his help as well.
